How does the plastic paint bucket injection molding machine operate?

At present, the operation panel of the injection molding machine is controlled by a computer. On the control panel, there are various function keys to select and set parameters, and the real-time operating parameters of the machine can be displayed on the screen, and the parameters can be modified at any time. Can store, delete mold data, etc. The form and content of the operation panel of the injection molding machine vary by model or manufacturer, but it is roughly composed of these parts: display screen, status screen selection button, data setting button, operation mode button and power button.
2. Choose operation mode:
Injection molding machines generally have four operating modes: manual, electric, semi-automatic, and fully automatic, for operators to use according to actual needs.
(1) Inching operation
The jog operation type is also called the adjustment operation type, which means that all actions of the machine must be carried out slowly when the corresponding switch button is pressed. Release the button and the action will stop. Jog operation is used when loading and unloading molds or screws, adjusting test runs or overhauling machines.
(2) Manually operated
Manual operation means that each action of the machine only needs to press the corresponding button, and the action will continue until the end of the program. Manual operation is generally used in the trial and production stage or in situations where it is difficult to use automated production.
(3) Semi-automatic operation
Semi-automatic operation means that after the safety door is closed, the machine automatically executes various actions according to the programmed production process program, until the "product ejection" program is completed. From opening the safety door to taking the parts, the period of time is not controlled by the "cycle timing". The semi-automatic operation is actually the automation of a work cycle. It is mainly used to organize fully automated production in situations where conditions are not yet available, such as manual removal of products or placement of inserts during the production process. This is the control method often used in injection molding machines.
(4) Fully automatic operation mode
Fully automatic operation means that the production of the injection molding machine is completely controlled by electricity, and the molding cycle is automatically cyclically performed. With this operation mode, the finished product can have stable forming quality, short production cycle, high production efficiency, and realize unmanned or remote operation. He requires automatic, long-life molds, which are suitable for the production of high-volume, precision products.
The semi-automatic operation is started only after all the actions of manual operation are normal. After three to five cycles of normal operation of semi-automatic operation, at the end of mold closing, press the fully automatic key, and the machine will enter fully automatic working state.
