1. Before operating the
injection molding machine, please check whether there is water or oil in the electrical control box. Do not switch on the appliance if it is wet. Maintenance personnel should blow up electrical components before starting the machine.
2. Before operating the
high-speed thin-wall injection molding machine, please check whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements. Generally, it should not exceed ±6.
3. Check whether the emergency stop switch and the front and rear door switches are normal. Make sure the motor and oil pump rotate in the same direction.
4. Check that each cooling pipe is unobstructed and pass the cooling water to the oil cooler and the cooling water jacket at the end of the barrel.
5. Before operating the
high-speed thin-wall injection molding machine, please check whether there is lubricating oil in each moving part, and add enough lubricating oil.
6. Turn on the electric heater to heat each part of the barrel. When the temperature of each part reaches the requirement, keep it warm for a period of time to stabilize the temperature of the machine. The holding time of high-speed thin-wall injection molding machines will vary according to the requirements of different equipment and plastic materials.
7. Fill enough hoppers with enough plastic. According to the requirements of different plastics, some raw materials should be dried first.
8. A heat shield must be placed on the barrel to save electricity and prolong the life of the electric heating coil and contactor.
