What is the difference between two plate injection molding machine and three plate injection molding machine?
● Difference in overall dimensions: The ZOWEITE® two plate injection molding machine is shorted than the three plate injection molding machine of the same model because it has no curved arm. It can save the workshop to a certain extent.
● Difference in working principle:The difference in working principle between the three plate injection molding machine and two plate injection molding machine is mainly reflected in the mold locking part. The unlocking mold of the three plate injection molding machine is realized by the reciprocating action of the curved arm driven by the high-pressure mold locking cylinder. During the mold locking of the two plate injection molding machine, the quick mold unlocking cylinder pulls the moving template to the set position, and the ram of the high-pressure mold locking cylinder and the quick mold unlocking cylinder pushes the moving template to realized the mold opening action.
● Compared with the three plate injection molding machine, the two injection molding machine has no curved arm, and the mold load is smaller. It is more energy-saving, simple maintenance and lower subsequent use cost than the three plate injection molding machine.
● Difference in mode adjustment. The tree plate injection molding machine needs mold adjustment, and the two plate injection molding machine does not need mold adjustment.
