What is the difference between special screw and ordinary screw of pet preform injection machine?

PET material is a common raw material for general plastic bottled drinks. It has low viscosity, good fluidity, large specific volume, easy to stick materials and high molding temperature, but the material temperature adjustment range is narrow and poor processability. During PET injection molding, acetaldehyde is easy to produce and lead to acidification if the material temperature is too high, the screw shear is too large or the rotating speed is too fast.

According to the characteristics of fast and uniform plasticization of pet and PET preform, the screw has good plasticization, high stability, non stick material, fast sol speed, and high success rate when blowing more bottle blanks.

What are the main injection molding conditions for PET? The barrel temperature of PET preform injection machine. The mold temperature of PET preform injection machine: The mold temperature directly affects the cooling rate and crystallinity of the met. The properties of plastic parts. Generally, the mold temperature is controlled at 100-140℃. When forming thin walled plastic pars, a small value can be taken; When forming thick wall plastic parts, the large value can be taken The injection pressure of PET preform injection machine: PET melt has good fluidity and is easy to form. It usually adopts medium pressure, with the pressure of 80-140MPa, and the injection pressure of glass fiber reinforced pet is 90-150 MPa.
