The necessary steps for cleaning the screw of the nylon cable tie injection molding machine:

Standardize the operation of the cleaning screw, which can save raw materials and produce more stable and fast production.

Preparation before cleaning:

1.Confirm the material and color to be produced according to the production plan, and check whether the barrel material on the nylon cable tie injection molding machine is clean. And figure out the residual material and color in the original screw (that is, the last production), to determine the material used for cleaning the screw (to use powder).

2.Clean the working table of the ZOWEITE® nylon cable tie injection molding machine, and do not allow any debris on the nylon cable  tie injection molding machine table before washing the screw, so as not to get the debris into the cake.

3.Set the required screw washing temperature (except for POM, PVC, TPE, TPU, the temperature must be 30 degrees higher than the original screw production temperature), and prepare the tools for separating the blocks and the pockets for holding the blocks .

Cleaning operation:

1.Check whether the temperature of the material pipe is reached, and check whether the back pressure meets the requirements.

2. Empty the residual material of the screw, add the cleaning material, store the material from fast >> slow >> fast >> injection, pay attention to distinguish the injected material carefully, when the material is discolored, manually press the screw to withdraw and then empty the injection, repeating After three or four actions, the material is re-stocked from fast >> slow speed >> fast >> empty injection. It is necessary to repeat the above two actions repeatedly to really clean up the screw. And separate the primary color and miscellaneous waste into different pockets.

3. If you want to produce transparent or crystal white products, you need a machine above 250T, first remove the nozzle, burn it with gas, and then clean it with waste oil or cleaning fluid.

Set the molding temperature required for the raw materials to be produced:

1. Clean up the machine, and return the remaining raw materials and the divided blocks to the warehouse and powder room

2. Register the weight of the raw materials used and the waste generated

Key points:

1. Arrange the injection molding plan reasonably, and arrange the products of the same color or similar color raw materials on the same machine, so as to achieve "more mold changes and less machine washing".

2. Carefully distinguish the raw materials injected from the feed tube. Except for the miscellaneous materials, which are waste materials, the same color and no impurities can basically be recycled and reused.

Matters needing attention:

1. It is forbidden to use those plastic materials with very low sol temperature to flush the material pipe (such as: PU, TPR, TPE, TPU, etc.)

2. If it is necessary to produce transparent products, it cannot be cleaned with POM, resulting in greater loss of plastic materials

3. The melting point temperature of the cleaning screw material should be higher than the melting point temperature of the residual material in the barrel

4. If the raw material to be produced is the same as the raw material in the residual material pipe, use the same material for cleaning.
