What is the harm of temperature rise of injection molding machine?

Injection molding machine is the most widely used processing machine in plastic processing industry. Injection molding machine can not only directly produce plastic products, but also from the key equipment of injection, drawing and blowing process. In the process of injection molding, many enterprises will find that the temperature rise of plastic injection molding machine is too high , which actually does great harm to injection molding machinery and equipment.

It will bring the following five hazards:

1.Cause the shape of the rubber seal to change. If the temperature of the plastic moulding machine is too high , it will lead to the deformation of the rubber seal, accelerate the aging failure, reduce the sealing performance and service time, and cause leakage.

2.The leads to the decline of the working quality of components. Too high temperature rise of the injection molding machine will reduce the working quality of components, escape dissolved air in the oil and cause  cavitation, resulting in the reduction of the working performance of the hydraulic system.

3.Cause mechanical thermal deformation. The moving element with different thermal expansion coefficient in the hydraulic element is stuck due to its smaller cooperation internship, which causes action failure, affects the transmission accuracy of the hydraulic system, and leads to the deterioration of the working quality of the element.

4.This causes the viscosity of the oil to drop. If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the viscosity of the oil will be reduced, the leakage will become more, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the whole system will be significantly reduced. Because the viscosity of the oil decreases, the oil film of moving elements such as slide valve becomes thinner and cut, and the friction resistance increases, resulting in increased wear.

5.Accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of oil. Too high temperature rise of injection molding machine will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of oil, precipitate asphalt and reduce the time of hydraulic oil. The precipitate blocks the damping small hole and gap valve port, resulting in the pressure valve stuck and unable to act, the metal pipeline elongated and bent, or even cracked, etc.
