One: Operation requirements

1.Before heating the nail injection molding machine and starting production, open the cooling water valve to observe whether the water channel is unobstructed.

2.Close the power switch on the side of the control box, turn on the power inside the machine, and press the motor start button on the panel to start the oil pump motor.

3.For the first-time use and the nail injection molding machine that has not been used for a long time, after the oil pump is started, it must be run for a few minutes before the operation can be started.

4.Turn on the heating switch of the barrel, turn on the electric heating power supply, adjust the constant temperature nozzle and temperature controller on the box door, set the temperature, and observe the current of the ammeter to determine the quality of the electric heating ring.

5.The test run should be carried out in sequence from manual → semi-automatic → fully automatic, and at the same time, check whether the important fastening bolts are loose, and stop immediately if any abnormality is found. When it is confirmed that it is normal or the fault is eliminated, the test drive is carried out.

6.When the processing is stopped or the material is changed, the barrel should be cleaned. The cleaning should be carried out under the condition of heating the barrel. When the cleaning is over, the heating switch should be turned off immediately. Cleaning is particularly important for the processing of easily decomposed plastics.

(3)Clean the decomposed material with polystyrene

7.When the processing stops, first turn the action operation switch to the manual position, other action switches are placed in the disconnected OO position, the barrel heating switch is turned to OFF, press the motor stop button to turn off the oil pump motor, and finally turn off the polish nail injection molding machine. Turn on the power switch of the machine to end the work.
