Hydraulic Plastic Moulding Machine

ZOWEITE® Hydraulic plastic moulding machine is an injection molding machine also known as an injection molding machine or an injection machine.It is the main molding equipment for making thermoplastic or thermoplastic plastic using plastic molding molds into plastic products of various shapes.

What should we pay attention to when using the hydraulic plastic moulding machine?

1. The user shall understand the working principle of the hydraulic plastic moulding machine and be familiar with various operations and adjusting the position and rotation direction of the handle.

2. Before hydraulic plastic moulding machine start-up, check whether all adjusting handles and hand wheels on the system have been moved by irrelevant personnel, whether the positions of electrical switches and travel switches are normal, and whether the installation of tools on the main engine is correct and firm, and then wipe the exposed parts of guide rail and piston rod before start-up.

3. When hydraulic plastic moulding machine starting up, first start the hydraulic pump controlling the oil circuit. If there is no special hydraulic pump controlling the oil circuit, directly start the main hydraulic pump.

4. The hydraulic oil shall be checked and replaced regularly. For the hydraulic equipment newly put into use, the oil tank shall be cleaned and replaced with new oil after about 3 months of use. After that, clean and change the oil every six months to one year.

5. Hydraulic plastic moulding machine pay attention to the oil at any time during operation. During normal operation, the oil temperature in the oil tank shall not exceed 60 ℃. If the oil temperature is too high, try to cool it and use hydraulic oil with high viscosity. When the temperature is too low, preheating shall be carried out, or intermittent operation shall be carried out before operation to gradually increase the oil temperature before entering the formal operation state.

6. Check the oil level to ensure that the system has sufficient oil.

7. Hydraulic plastic moulding machine system with exhaust device shall exhaust, and the system without exhaust device shall operate repeatedly to exhaust gas naturally.

8. The oil tank shall be covered and sealed, and the air filter shall be set at the vent above the oil tank to prevent the invasion of dirt and moisture. Filter the oil during refueling to make the oil clean.

9. The system shall be equipped with coarse and fine filters as required, and the filters shall be inspected, cleaned and replaced frequently.

10. For the ZOWEITE® hydraulic plastic moulding machine adjustment of pressure control elements, generally, first adjust the system pressure control valve - overflow valve, open the adjustment from the time the pressure is zero, and gradually increase the pressure to reach the specified pressure value; Then adjust the pressure control valves of each circuit in turn. The adjustment pressure of the safety relief valve of the main oil circuit hydraulic pump is generally greater than 10% - 25% of the required working pressure of the actuator. The adjustment pressure of the pressure valve of the fast-moving hydraulic pump is generally 10% - 20% greater than the required pressure. If the unloading pressure is used to supply the control oil circuit and lubricating oil circuit, the pressure shall be kept within the range of 0.3-0.6mpa. The adjustment pressure of the pressure relay shall generally be 0.3-0.5mpa lower than the oil supply pressure.

11. The ZOWEITE® hydraulic plastic moulding machine flow control valve shall be adjusted from small flow to large flow, and shall be adjusted gradually. The flow control valve of synchronous motion actuator shall be adjusted at the same time to ensure the stability of motion.
