The force and speed of the actuator are adjusted through the remote control of the control element and the flow conditions. When the outside world disturbs the above system, the output of the actuator generally deviates form the original setting value, resulting in a certain error.

● What is the hydraulic control of hydraulic injection moulding machine

● The hydraulic control of hydraulic injection moulding machine is the same as hydraulic transmission. The hydraulic system also includes power components, control components and executive components, which also transmit power through oil. The difference between the two is the hydraulic control feedback device. The function of the feedback device is to feed back the output of the actuator(mechanical quantities such as displacement, speed and force) and compare it with the input(which can be variable or constant). ● What is the production process of hydraulic injection moulding machine?

● The ZOWEITE® hydraulic injection moulding machine uses a hydraulic cylinder to clamp the two halves of the mold together under high pressure. The plastic substrate particles are then melted and the liquid is injected into the mold cavity. Once the plastic has cooled and hardened, the mold halves are separated, the parts are removed and the process is repeated.

● To prevent the mold from being pushed open by injection pressure causing excessive material to “flash” around the parts, the clamping unit of hydraulic injection moulding machine must be able to supply enough locking force to keep the mold shut during injection. Roughly 3-4 tons of clamp force per square inch of cavity is needed for parts with thin wall sections and deep draw depths. For thick wall sections and shallow draw depths, about 2 tons per square inch is needed.
